FAQs
Step I : Write to us, expressing your intent to implement
CompuGen in your school (format
enclosed) along with a token advance payment of Rs.1000/- only in
the form of an A/C Payee Cheque / Crossed Demand Draft (Payable at
Chennai) favoring "Allahabad Bank, T. Nagar - ACCT : CompuGen"
(strictly no Cash transactions, please). This will help us include
your school’s requirements in our plan for production of study
material, training logistics etc. If a CompuGen Academic Consultant
is in touch with you, the Letter of Intent and payment (in the mode
prescribed above) may be forwarded through him / her.
Step II : On hearing from our Corporate Office / Academic
Consultant, issue us the Letter
of Agreement along with advance payment computed for the estimated number of students, class-wise (less the
token advance already paid). Payment should be made only in the form
of a Crossed Demand Draft favoring "Allahabad Bank, T. Nagar - ACCT

transactions, please).
Step III : Make the final payment
before the school re-opens, against delivery of the study materials.
