Nursery Tutor Program Is computer education needed for LKG and UKG students? Is this going to affect our current methodology of teaching? Are our regular LKG / UKG teachers capable of handling your program? What do we get from you for our LKG and UKG Students? What will Learning CD and Activity CD contain?
A This is NOT a computer science program. This program covers all your existing subjects like English, Mathematics, General Knowledge / Environmental Science, Colouring, Painting, Story Telling and Nursery Rhymes. The difference between the conventional textbooks and our program is that we make use of the multimedia capabilities of the computer to provide better and livelier education for your LKG and UKG students.
A You can run this program throughout the week in the same conventional methodology as before. CompuGen program SUBSTITUTES the material that you buy now with its textbooks and workbooks. In addition, CompuGen also COMPLEMENTS with additional resources like Learning CDs, Activity CDs, Certificates, Training, review visits etc.,
Your current LKG / UKG teachers are capable of handling this program and there is absolutely no need to have computer science teachers teach this program. Besides, our training program before the commencement of the year will make sure of this.
CompuGen program provides textbooks and workbooks for all the subjects like all the publishers. In addition, CompuGen provides Learning CDs, Activity CDs, Certificates, Training to your regular LKG / UKG teachers, a detailed manual for the Head of the Nursery School / Section and for the teacher on implementation of this holistic education program and a review by our support staff. We provide all of this at Rs. 198.66 per Student per year, the same cost you would be incurring for just the textbook and workbook.
Learning CD gives an introduction to the lesson. Student learns concepts covered in the lesson through multimedia technology. The CD summarizes the lesson also. Activity CD gives various exercises for the students so that they learn the lessons thoroughly. They also enjoy the experience. They get comfortable in the basic skills of working on the computer.
CompuGen Program How can our School avail this offer?
A Comprehensive package such as this, coming from a
nationally reputed organization such as Brilliant tutorials, must be
very costly? Not really. It works out to a mere Rs.10/- per month.
No extra cost for the books or CD or teachers’ training or whatever
else. No hidden costs.
Step I : Write to us, expressing your intent to implement CompuGen in your school (format enclosed) along with a token advance payment of Rs.250/- only in the form of an A/C Payee Cheque / Crossed Demand Draft (Payable at Chennai) favoring "Allahabad Bank, T. Nagar - ACCT : CompuGen" (strictly no Cash transactions, please). This will help us include your school’s requirements in our plan for production of study material, training logistics etc. If a CompuGen Academic Consultant is in touch with you, the Letter of Intent and payment (in the mode prescribed above) may be forwarded through him / her. Step II : On hearing from our Corporate Office / Academic Consultant, issue us the Letter of Agreement along with advance payment computed @ Rs.40/- per student for the estimated number of students, class-wise (less the token advance already paid). Payment should be made only in the form of a Crossed Demand Draft favoring "Allahabad Bank, T. Nagar - ACCT : Compugen", payable at Chennai (Strictly no Cash / Cheque transactions, please). Step III : Make the final payment of Rs.80/- per student
before the school re-opens, against delivery of the study materials.
Payment may be made only in the form of Crossed Demand Draft as
detailed in step II. Payment through your bankers is also
