Target
Audience: Undergraduates (Engineering, MCA and Arts/
Science streams) and working executives.
Prerequisites: Computer awareness. This is an
entry-level course. Knowledge of any programming language is advantageous but
not necessary.

selections, lasso tools, selecting a range of colors, modifying selections,

Flash: Popularity – used for
presentations, games, animation, images and movies for the web, publishing and
exporting, modules for drawing, inking, Symbols and interactivity, adding sound
to objects, animation in flash, shape tweening, motion tweening, concept of key
frames, sequence and timing of frames, Action Scripting and working with other
programs,
FrontPage: Introduction, Create a new
page, colour, text, images, hyperlinks, tables, preview, website organization,
style forms, data, reports and publishing.
Dreamweaver: Comparison with Frontpage, Dreamweaver interface, site management, creating pages, text, images, links, list, image maps, forms, tables, frames, behaviors, inserting media, templates and Dreamweaver and the web.
Hosting
Website: Webhosting providers, domain name registration,
webhosting technologies, Databases for hosting, types of hosting
(free/shared/dedicated), Ecommerce, Secure transactions and Payment
Gateways.
Project: Design and host a
